Unfinished Flooring
We produce 2-1/4” unfinished strip flooring in addition to 3”, 3-1/4”, 4” and 5” plank flooring. Species available include Red Oak, White Oak, Walnut, Hickory, Cherry, Ash and Maple.
Unfinished flooring is packed in shrink wrapped pallets (a pallet is 7 ft. long, made up of nested bundles). See chart below for packaging specs.

Prefinished Flooring
Augusta Lumber offers solid prefinished hardwood flooring in a range of grades, colors and species including American Exotics, sold under the Monte Bello brand. With Oak, Walnut, Hickory, Cherry and Maple available in 3 different grades, our variety of offerings permits customers greater flexibility in design and wearability choices. We produce 2-1/4” strip flooring in addition to 3”, 3-1/4”, 4” and 5” plank flooring.
Highland is our premium grade of flooring, roughly equivalent to a select and better. Strict grading rules limit the number and size of any natural defects for the clearest and most consistent look.

Shenandoah is suited for the customer seeking a more natural look, and allows tight filled knots as well as other naturally occurring characteristics of wood such as streaks, knots, and color variations.
Rustic & Better grade is targeted to the more price-conscious consumer. This grade allows unlimited natural character markings of solid wood.
Finish Specifications:
• UV Cured, urethane finish with aluminum oxide and silica for durability
• 5-coat application process, plus special filling process
• Film thickness 2.5 ml. to 3.0 ml
• Taber test: 1000 GM weight at cycles; avg. ml. lost per mil. 24.5 mg. to 21.0 mg
• 50-year limited warranty for Highland grade
• 50-year limited warranty for Shenandoah Plus grade
• No Warranty for Rustic and Better
